    FREIGHT SHIPPING
    Larger items like furniture and heavy items may need to be shipped via Freight Carrier Service. For detailed shipping costs, please contact us with any questions you may have on shipping. 

    WHITE GLOVE SERVICE SHIPPING
    Some items only arrive as white glove service shipping items. Please see each product item for specifications. If you'd like to upgrade your freight shipping to a White Glove Service Item, please call us for price estimates that reflect your online order.

    SHIPPING / DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
    Please plan on inspecting all oversized items while the delivery company driver is present before signing off on the ordered items. Ocean Blu Designs nor the manufacturer/distributor are not responsible for items during transit. You have the right to refuse the item if it appears damaged. Then a claim will need to be made to the delivery company for the item. 

    RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
    We guarantee the best products are being sold and shipped to our customers.

    RETURNS
    We accept select unopened/original packaged items within 7 days of sale date.

    We do not accept returns on the following categories: Furniture, Art, Lighting, Bedding, Custom orders and Re-stock order just for you. (Our customer service will be able to let you know if your item is a re-stocked order). 

    ONLINE SALES RETURNS
    A return for online purchased items are allowed up to 7 days after sale. Any shipping costs to make a return is not refundable or provided by Ocean Blu Designs. Returns are accepted at our store in Roslyn, NY. 

    NO RETURNS
    After 7 days, we do not offer a cash/credit card return in store or for online orders. We only offer a store credit (Gift Card) up until 30 days after the original 
    receipt sale date.

    NO RETURN FOR GIFT CARDS
    There is no expiration date on the gift card. 

    RESTOCKING FEE 
    A fee of 15% of the item total (not including state tax) will be applied to any qualifying returns or exchanges. You will then be credited the 85% of your item total in the form of payment. 

    EXCHANGES
    If you would like a replacement of something you had already purchased, we do accept items in original packaged condition to be replaced by another item within 14 days. Shipping costs are not deductible. Any previous discounts and promotion cannot be reapplied to an exchange transaction.

    DISCOUNTS & COUPON CODES
    There is NO monetary value on any sales codes. If you applied a discount code or a coupon code to your item order. You will forfeit any sale code or value once you make a return. It is not applicable or transferrable after initial use for a purchase. 

    SHIPPING / DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
    If you're returning or exchanging a damaged item via shipping, you will need to report the damaged item to the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, UPS or Private Shipping Company).
