RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS
All our products (excluding final sale and custom ordered items) can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from purchase in-store when returned in new condition. Used items are not returnable. All online purchased items can be returned within 7 days from your delivery received date provided by the tracking number associated to the order, but you must send back the item you are returning on your own. Return Shipping labels and all costs associated with it are not provided by Ocean Blu. Any shipping and tax rates associated to the order are non-refundable. If your order is returnable, you will receive your refund the same way you paid for the order within 24 hours or sooner of us receiving your return item(s).

EXCHANGES
All our products can be exchanged in-store only after 7 days from purchase/order date. Credit is not available for any un-used balance funds. We suggest an even exchange or to use the exchange amount in full when exchanging.

DISCOUNTS & COUPON CODES
There is NO monetary value on any sales codes. If you applied a discount code or a coupon code to your item order. You will forfeit any sale code or value once you make a return. It is not applicable or transferrable after initial use for a purchase. 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY DISCLAIMER - DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your item comes damaged during shipping, we will work with you to help you claim shipping insurance. Just note that you need proof of damage during transit to your delivery location.

If you've received damaged items during shipping/transit, you will need to report the damaged item to the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, UPS or Private Shipping Company). Please inspect all items while the delivery company driver is present before signing off on the ordered items. We nor the manufacturer/distributor are not responsible for items during transit. You have the right to refuse the item if it appears damaged. Then a claim will need to be made to the delivery company for the item.
